The Assembly Secretariat sends invitations to women’s organizations, Ministry of Family and Social Policies (ASPB), Regional Directorates, Centers for the Prevention and Monitoring of Violence (ŞÖNİM), the Women’s Status Bureau (KSGM) and local authorities. The Assembly budget is completely independent, and for this reason only a limited number of participants can be compensated for their travel and accommodation expenses. Priority is given to assembly components and independent women’s organizations working to prevent violence against women when funding is allocated. Participants from public institutions and local authorities are expected to be funded by their institutions, but if this is not possible, their expenses are also met to the extent that the assembly budget is able to meet due to our desire for the involvement of various experiences in the Assembly.
